Puppy Preschool
This class is designed to start puppies out on the right paw by teaching them that obedience is fun! We will concentrate on socialization, introducing basic obedience commands, and discuss any problem behaviors often seen in puppies and adolescent dogs. This class uses positive reinforcement methods and is ideal for puppies ages eight weeks to four months old. Call to schedule your first class today!

Adult Basic Obedience
This is the "boot camp" of training classes. We work primarily on perfecting the basic five commands of obedience: heel, sit, stay, down and come. The philosophy behind this class is teaching you not only what to do when training your dog, but also why we do it. We concentrate on leadership, body language and how to effectively communicate with your dog. Call and schedule your class today!

Advanced Obedience
This 5 week course combines intermediate/advanced obedience commands with a Canine Good Citizen preparation course. We will learn stand stay, front, finish come with a sit, as well as other commands that will be on the test. during the fifth week of class we will perform the Canine Good Citizen Test. This is also a great class to prepare for Rally, Agility and other advanced classes. Call to schedule your class today!

Tricks

Have you ever wanted to teach your dog to roll over, wave goodbye or turn off the lights with his nose? This class is for you! Tricks is a fun, challenging and entirely positive reinforcement class that’s fun for dogs of all ages and skill levels.

Agility

This is a summer only course that will teach you how to safely navigate obstacles of the agility ring while burning some energy and having fun at the same time!

Prerequisites: sit and come

Next class starts May 5th from 12:30 - 1:30.  (April class will be for small dogs, 20lb or under.)

Rally
This summer only course teaches the skills necessary for competitive rally obedience. The bond between dog and handler is strengthened through the mastery of advanced commands and learning how to run a rally course. Prerequisite commands are: heel, sit, stay, lay down, and come.

Prerequisites: Sit, down, stay and heel

Next class starts Saturday April 28th from 11:15am-12:15pm
